Awesome noodle soup, the chewy hand pulled noodles could be seen being made through the window.

Came here 05/20/2024 Cheap, fast, and authentic Chinese food. Enough said. It's a hole in the wall; get the signature house special beef noodle. Enjoy and eat. Done and dusted, out of this world.

This is quite far from my usual area but had to pick up my son in Lakeview Park so made a slight detour to go to this area before we head back to the Valley. Location is in the same spot as the 99c store parking lot and the restaurant is fairly new so when we went yesterday they're still running a 20% off promotion. We ordered the Green Onion Pancake, Braised Beef Soup, house special beef soup and Chef's spicy beef noodle. I loved the pancake - really tasty. The beef noodle - wow it is really good hand pulled noodles. They let you choose the type of noodles you want - I picked the flat and my kids had the original. I think because I chose flat I had more noodles. So my son likes to try everything spicy so he ordered the chef special. Note that for the soups - they do ask you for the level of spice. I got mine and my eldest son requested non spicy. His soup broth tasted really clean flavors. Mine has the right spice level for me but my youngest son's - well it was too spicy for him. I had to switch because he couldn't handle it. The beef is tender and flavorful. I liked the braised beef the most of all 3 that I tried. Would recommend this place if you're craving for beef hand pulled noodles.

The noodles they serve up are pretty generous, no denying that. But gotta say, feeling a bit let down by the skimpy meat portion. On a happier note though, the soup packs a real punch in the flavor department!

I've eaten here as well as ordered takeout a few times. My consensus is that the beef noodle soup here is pretty solid. Noodles are made fresh and broth looks dense but is actually on the lighter side compared to others. Flavors are good and I guess only downside was the beef was just alright. Some tendon parts were pretty chewy. Other than that, solid flavors and textures.

We came here for dinner and ordered the house special beef noodle and scallion pancake. The noodles were very tasty and the soup is very clear broth and not salty, great taste. The service was pretty good. We even got the 20% discount since the store is newly opened. We will definitely come back again!

New go-to for Lanzhou Beef Noodle soup. I'm a sucker for fresh hand pulled noodles and triangle (prism) shaped noodles, and this place has both! Broth is savory and rich, adding chili oil gives it some extra oomf and kick. I could eat this soup everyday if I was able to. Noodles are great texture, I always wish they'd be thicker, but that's not a game changer for me. Food comes out quick, it's never a long wait after you place your order. Parking in the lot is always plentiful and I've never had an issue with not finding a table right away during lunch time. my only issue is that I don't live closer to this spot!

Great comfort food!! Got their chewy noodle, the thickest knife cut, and I just love that texture lol. We ordered a combo item so this included a choice of noodle soup, cold side, and a drink. Also ordered their tasty beef rolls, but the portion seemed smaller than usual. Bowl of fried bean sauce noodle was great and easy to take to-go with the leftovers!! The cold side of cucumber and potato starch compliments the noodle soup! Service is prompt and food served up fast even when busy. Ordering is easy with all the pictures on the menu! I highly recommend this local restaurant! I would come back or even phone order in advance!

Bro, this beef noodle soup had so much depth and complexity in its flavor. I love the Chinese spinach and cilantro that they added, and the medium spice is not too spicy :) The flavorful broth shone through! The staff are attentive and quick with all the orders, we didn't wait for more than 10 minutes for our piping hot noodles. There was no wait for inside seating on a Saturday night, the bathroom inside was clean. I would definitely return when I'm craving some beef noodle soup with thick handmade noodles!

I've heard about this place for so long and finally visited it. The fresh hand pulled noodle does not disappoint. My spicy beef noodle was good. Beef is great, noodle's amazing, the spices I am not completely sure. As it seems spicy but not really bold flavor. I think I will stick to the house special next time. They have a kid size noodle bowl. I always appreciate they have this option. Jjangjang noodle was great too. The lady who work here are polite and friendly. I will recommend this place.
